The leader is responsible for the horse. She/he will see to it the horse she/he is leading has been groomed, fly sprayed, etc. The leader wills stay with the horse at all times.
The leader assists with grooming, helps the rider during the mounting of the horse, and is a very important part of the rider being successful.
Leaders need to be experienced horse people. We have specific horsemanship rules to follow so the horses have some consistency.
We will fully train our leaders on how we would like things done, as well as to how to help each rider to succeed.
